This initiative is all about creating a warm, welcoming first impression for both residents and visitors — and that takes community support. Whether you’re an individual, family, local business, or organization, your contribution can help shape the future of Lake View’s shared spaces.
What Is the Gateway Project?
The Gateway Project is a beautification effort to enhance our town’s entry points and communal areas — planting trees, adding landscaping, murals, and more to create an inviting sense of place. This campaign is fueled by local sponsorships, meaning the impact comes straight from neighbors like YOU.
Ways You Can Support
We’ve made sponsorship easy and meaningful with several giving levels to match every budget:
Platinum Sponsor — $200
● Limited to the 15 Bald Cypress trees being installed. Includes a personalized plaque at the base of the sponsored tree (family name, business name, or “In Honor/Memory Of”), recognition in Project Gateway communications, and listing on the Town of Lake View website.
Gold Sponsor — $150
● Supports the design, creation, and installation of the Project Gateway mural. Includes sponsor name on a shared recognition plaque located in the Lake View Community Center, recognition in Project Gateway communications, and listing on the Town of Lake View website.
Silver Sponsor — $100
● Supports soil, mulch, and landscape materials. Includes sponsor name on a shared recognition plaque located in the Lake View Community Center and recognition through Project Gateway.
Bronze Sponsor — $50
● Supports general beautification materials and overall project needs. Includes sponsor name on a shared recognition plaque located in the Lake View Community Center and recognition in Project Gateway communications.
Community Donor
● Give any amount you choose and be part of enhancing Lake View’s beauty!
Personalized Recognition
Sponsors have the option to include a personalized plaque inscription — perfect for commemorating a person, honoring your business, or celebrating a family milestone. You can even choose to make your donation in honor or in memory of someone special.
